JOB DESCRIPTION:

General appliance installation & repair, electrical maintenance knowledge preferred. Maintain the property in attractive, safe and quality condition, provide customer service and assist in the operations of the maintenance department. Reports to property manager. Works with other employees to ensure necessary tasks are completed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Drug free. Possession of minimum tools. Ability and skills to perform job functions. Background checks will be conducted.

SKILLS: 

Working knowledge of property management maintenance procedures.

Work Order Processing.

Light carpentry, appliance installation, general plumbing, electrical knowledge.

Strong work ethic.

Ability to read and write English fluently.
